ATTENTION L’BRI CONSULTANTS EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!

New L’Bri Web Site and New Shopping Carts.

Effective immediately we are now using our new improved web site and shopping carts for all online Customer and Consultant orders. Everything on our other site L’Bri.net WILL still be available except for the Shopping Cart and Consultant Retail & Supply order form on the Consultants only page.  When you click on Shop Online at LBri.net it will take you to the new web site – www.lbrionline.com

We have made many improvements that will make it easier to manage your L’Bri business.  PLEASE keep in mind that there will be a new learning curve for this and that the first few times using the new shopping carts will take a little more time to use.  We are sure you will agree that after a short time you will begin to feel comfortable and that you will love all the improvements! Also there may be a few small errors and little fixes we will still need to work on over the next few weeks. If after a couple of weeks you see any errors please let us know.

All L’Bri Consultants have been issued a new web page on lbrionline.com.
In order for you to place your Consultant orders and Customer orders you will have to be on your NEW web page. No orders can be placed on the Companies web page lbrionline.com or lbri.net.  All online orders will have to be placed from a Consultants web page. Your Customers will also need to be on your web page to place orders.  NOTE: Everything else on lbri.net will still be there including all forms etc. on the Consultants only page.  The only thing that will not work on lbri.net will be the shopping cart and Consultants Retail & Supply order form.

Anything that is done from your web page will now be recorded automatically into L’Bri’s computer system under your name. Your web page address is the first initial of you first name and the first initial of your last name and the last 4 digits (excluding the 001) of your LBri ID number (your L'Bri ID number is on your invoices) then .lbrionline.com Example: Mary Smith is www.ms8765.lbrionline.com (be sure the . is before the lbrionline.com) You will be on your web page when you see your name in the upper right hand corner - Welcome To Mary Smith's Portal   Once you log onto your web page change your web page address and password ASAP. Example: change ms8765.lbrionline.com to marys.lbrionline.com. (you cannot change the .lbrionline.com part). You will also pick a new password.  To change your web page address and password click on Backroom from you web page (or log onto your online reports page) and click on Edit Information.  FOR ONLINE REPORT INSTRUCTIONS Click http://www.lbri.net/consultants/lbrionlinehowto.htm  Then change the Page Nick Name to whatever you want for you web page name (lower case letters). Click on Try Name, then if you see Name Available you can use that web page name.  If not, try another name until you find one that is available. ALSO BE SURE to put your email address in where consultant@lbrionline.com is, (your correct email may be there already) change your password and re enter your password. (be sure to record your new password).  Then click on Submit -- when you see your changes have been saved you are done. You can also edit your other information, phone, address etc. here if you ever need to. Copies of all orders will be emailed to the email address you put in.

The numbers you use for your online reports will stay the same. (Example: 399-59-6966 & password)  To place a Consultant or Customer order you will need your new page name and new password. Example: marys - password 12345. www.marys.lbrionline.com

* When entering in information be sure to use the TAB key on your keyboard to move to the next field, not the enter key.
* If you stop for an extended period of time in the middle of placing an order the shopping cart may time out and you will have to re log in to your web page.

To place a Consultant order: Go to your own web page.  Example: www.marys.lbrionline.com) Look for Welcome To (your name here) Portal in the upper right hand corner.  Click on “Go Shopping”, then enter in your username, your web page name, Example: marys -  password, 12345.  Once you see the product categories on the left of the screen (Accessories is the first one) you will be on the Consultants shopping cart. Begin placing your order by choosing a category then selecting the products. Note: The supply items are approximately in the same order as the paper version of the Retail & Supply order form. You will notice that this shopping cart will add up the totals, take the appropriate discount, add tax and shipping.  When you get to the payment screen be sure to enter a Mastercard, Visa or check.  When you come to the page that says “Print This Page As Your Order Summary” you know your order was submitted.  If you are ordering a Pretty Woman or Classic Lady Set be sure to fill out the sets selection form. (Click on "Email Your Set Options" on the order summary page). You can order any quantity of Pretty Woman and Classic Lady Sets -- just be sure to fill out the same quantity of sets selections forms.  Products on sale will be listed at the sale amount.

To place a Customer order: (Customer that L’Bri has already shipped to and is in our database. If your Customer IS listed in your Customer Lookup on your online reports page then she IS in our database.  If not then see First time Customer below).  Go to your web page. To place your Customers order you will need their ID number and password. You can find these on your online reports page under “Customer Lookup” (for instructions on online reports see http://lbrionline.com/genie/howto.doc ) Find your Customers username and password. (Example: gz12345 & qz12345) Your Customer Lookup now shows your Customers and your Consultants Customers. To make it easier to find your Customers we are changing this to only show your personal Customers. Then go back to your web page. Note you can open up another browser like Internet Explorer without closing the one your in. Then click on “Go Shopping” and enter in your Customers username and password.  Once you see the product categories on the left of the screen (Accessories is the first one) you will be on the Customers shopping cart and will be shopping for your chosen Customer. (notice the Customer shopping cart shows a Free Gift category and does not show the Supplies category). Begin the order by choosing a category then selecting the products. You can choose a free gift when the order totals $60 or more.  If you are paying for your Customers order enter your name etc. in the billing section on the payment page. If you are ordering a Pretty Woman or Classic Lady Set be sure to fill out the sets selection form. (Click on "Email Your Set Options" on the order summary page) You also have the option to order products at the regular price or the sale price for Customer orders. To order at the regular price choose the products from the appropriate category, to choose products at the sale price order from the Sale Products category.

To place a Customer order: (First Time Customer - New Customer) From your web page click on “New Customer”.  Enter in your Customers information (If you don’t have their email, enter in customer@lbrionlin.com - if you don’t have their phone enter in 555-5555. (it's best to get their email and phone and enter it in here) Be sure to put your Customers info in billing and shipping even if you are paying for the order. (if you are paying for their order you will enter your name in the billing section when the order is placed) When done you will get your new Customers user name and password (be sure to make a note of them because you need them to place her order).  Then click on your web page address below to go shopping.  Then click on “Go Shopping” and enter in your Customers username and password (note their username and password are different – gz qz or gp qp, then place the order. Begin the order by choosing a category then selecting the products. You can choose a free gift when the order totals $60 or more.  If you are paying for your Customers order enter your name etc. in the billing section on the payment page. You also have the option to order products at the regular price or the sale price for Customer orders. To order at the regular price choose the products from the appropriate category, to choose products at the sale price order from the Sale Products category.

You will want to give all your Customers your new web page address – they won’t be able to order on the old lbri.net or lbrionline.com We suggest you send a mailing, call or email all your Customers announcing your new web page address. We will have a notice on lbrionline.com that if a Customer doesn’t know their Consultants web page address that they can call the home office to get it. (Keep in mind that MOST online Customer orders are placed by the Consultant) You may even want to send all your Customers their ID # along with your new web page address. (Existing online Customers are one's L'Bri has sent orders to and are already in our database and in your Customer Lookup online) You can find their ID # at your online reports under Customer Lookup. We have made a post card announcing your new web page, that you can send to all your Customers (if they have an ID # or not). See  http://www.lbri.net/consultants/postcards.htm We will have these post cards available (no charge) at the monthly meeting 5-6-03 or you can fill out the request form online at http://www.lbri.net/consultants/postcards.htm and we mail them to you immediately.

Your Customers can order for themselves two ways (from your web page): 1. If they have their ID # and password then they will go right to Go Shopping..  2. By clicking on New Customer on your web page. They then will enter in their name, address etc. and  be issued a new ID # and password (Example: gp12345 & qp12345) They also can sign in as a New Customer even if they are already in our system - you would then see their name twice in you Customer Lookup. Then they click on Go Shopping and proceed to place their order. Remember, anything entered in from your web page will automatically be recorded in our system under your name and you will get an email copy of their order.

To Sign Up a New Consultant: (you can do this OR they can sign up themselves). Go to (or tell your new Consultant to go to) your web page and click on “Join Our Team”. Choose the starter kit, click on calculate totals, fill in the new Consultants information, be sure to record their web page address and password (they can change these later). Note:  The new Consultant must be in billing and shipping so you cannot pay for this order. Click on the submit button, then you will get a welcome screen along with the new Consultants web page address.  Click on that address and it will take you to their new web page.  Your new Consultant is now ready to place Consultant orders, Customer orders and sign up new Consultants.

We are excited about launching our new and improved shopping carts and web site.  Once you become acquainted with it we are sure you will be thrilled with how much easier it will be to place orders online as well as to help you with managing your L'Bri business!
