Out These Instructions
New online reports to help you
manage your L’Bri business. Now
you can check your sales numbers and much more on a daily basis.
These reports will be updated every business day by 12:00 noon C.S.T.
Here’s how:
Go to the Consultants only page
and click on Online Reports or go to www.lbrionline.com/genie
- Type
in your user name (with the dashes & without the 001 – example
399-87-0981). Your user name is your L’Bri ID number.
You can find your ID number on an invoice you received from L’Bri
with an order. You will be using this number every time you want to view
your online reports.
- Type
in your password. Your password
is the same as your user name but without the dashes. (Example 399870981).
- Click
on the log in button. Enter in your email address twice (double check for
accuracy) click submit (you won’t have to enter in your email address in
the future).
- Then
re-enter in your user name and password.
- You
will then see some buttons at the bottom of the page – Genealogy, status,
weekly pay, etc. This means you have successfully logged into your online
reports and can now view all the reports.
- If
you choose, you can change your password to something only you will know.
To change your password click on Change Password, enter in your old
password (your ID# without the dashes) and then your new password (can be
any numbers or letters).
You then can view your
genealogy report, status report, weekly Internet commission report and Managers
report (Managers & Executives only).
Note: You can keep open each
one of your reports at the same time by minimizing each report.
- Genealogy
report: Shows your Consultants
and Internet customers data (name, address, phone etc). You have two
versions of this report to choose from, Consultant and Customer. Note:
Only Internet Customers show up on these reports. Names
will be listed in levels – 1, 2, 3, etc.
These levels are where the Consultants and Customers are in your
organization. Example: Level
one Consultant is a Consultant you personally sponsored. Level two
Consultant is a Consultant sponsored by your personally sponsored (level
one) Consultant. Level one
Customer is an Internet Customer of yours.
Level two Customer is a Customer of one of your Consultants (notice
the level two Customer is under your level one Consultant). When you first click on the Genealogy button you will
see your Consultant Genealogy. To
view your Customer Genealogy click on the Consultant button and the report
will change to Customer. You
can also view different levels of your Consultant and Customer Genealogy by
changing the Levels. Change the
levels from 9999999 to 1 and you will only see your first level Consultants
(personally sponsored).
- Status
report: Shows your personal
sales, group sales, active consultants (qualified consultants).
This is the same report that you receive with your monthly bonus
checks.
- Weekly
pay report: Shows the Internet
customer orders and the commissions earned. NOTE:
The weekly pay report period runs Thursdays through Wednesdays.
Your
status report will only show your numbers once you have $150 or more in personal
sales volume and have earned either a Retailing Bonus or Sponsoring Bonus.
These reports will be updated
every business day by 12:00 noon central standard time.
The data will be for the month so far through the previous day.
Tips:
When printing your reports be
sure to set your page setup to landscape.
Printing the genealogy report
may be slower than the other reports.
If you leave your computer for
more than 20 minutes you will need to re log in to continue viewing reports.
Click on the Log In button and re enter in your ID number and password.
Status Report:
When you see a level 2 on your status report that means the level one
(your personally sponsored) Consultant has not reached $150 yet for the month.
